Applying for accommodation as a non-direct applicant

If you are a prospective student at ANU who requires accommodation but is not a domestic direct applicant, you will need to submit a separate application through the Accommodation Services Portal. We urge you to carefully review the application timelines and key dates before applying.

As a first-year undergraduate student starting in your first semester at ANU, you are guaranteed accommodation in one of our approved residences. While we will make every effort to provide you with your preferred housing option, please note that if this is not possible, we will offer you an alternative that best suits your lifestyle.
