ANU offers spiritual support for all students, staff and visitors through the ANU multi-faith Chaplaincy. If you have a worry and would like to talk confidentially with someone, you are welcome to call in, or make contact by phone or email, and speak with one of the chaplains.
The team includes representatives from many faith traditions if you would prefer someone of your own faith.
If you would like to explore general issues of faith, they are ready to talk and can also refer you to other interest groups.
If you are new to Canberra and are looking for others of your own faith, they can guide you as well.
The Chaplaincy service is endorsed by the University and is provided by a multifaith team of chaplains, including members of Christian, Muslim, Hindu, Jewish, Baha'i, Humanist and Buddhist traditions.
The team of chaplains are women and men, lay and clergy, from different cultural, linguistic and educational backgrounds, serving mainly on a volunteer basis.
More information about the service can be found at chaplaincy. To contact a chaplain, please email the Chaplaincy Coordinator Mr Robbie Tulip at chaplaincy@anu.edu.au or phone him at 0407 866 777.
